Either way the legal basis of this act is to enhance the status os American military expansionism and the debate over the question of whether this act by the Executive bench of government will quickly subside as the hand wring of the real issue disappears in the depths of Congressional lack of fortitude. And the Obama administration gladly walks away from the ministration of meaningless debate.

Despite the call by the UN to take action against Quadaffi no where is the unilateral action to be considered the sole propriety of US foreign intervention. And surely Obama can not overlook the responsibility here at home.Hopefully but not probable Congress will object to this usurpation of constitutionality and reprimand our leader.
