US action in Libya illegal

The is plenty of evidence that President Obama usurp the war powers act. Despite the call by the UN to take action against Quadaffi no where is the unilateral action to be considered the sole propriety of US foreign intervention. And surely Obama can not overlook the responsibility here at home.Hopefully but not probable Congress will object to this usurpation of constitutionality and reprimand our leader.
